Join us on Wednesday, September 9 for our Rooted and Rising breakout sessions. Jim Horwitz will be facilitating sessions at 6:20 PM and 7:10 PM. Please select one to join.

Jim Horwitz is an Electrical Engineer with Afference, supporting the development of neurostimulation electronics that can stimulate the human body to make a user artificially feel a sense of touch. Jim’s passion for electrical engineering and entrepreneurship centers around systems-level thinking, and enjoys discussing how electronics and business development can be integrated together to make meaningful change in the world. Jim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

This breakout session is meant to be an open exchange where participants can bring questions about the creative prototyping process, design, testing methods and more! This is a live session and participants are encouraged to bring their questions forward for the opportunity of shared learning.
