Details

Providing timely constructive feedback is essential for the growth of individuals that you supervise. This is particularly important for trainees that are learning the norms of their discipline and profession. In this session we will focus on effective ways of providing critical constructive feedback and provide a framework for having difficult conversations. We will also highlight the importance of a record of specific feedback should disciplinary action be necessary. This event is co-sponsored by the School of Graduate Studies and the Office of Faculty Advancement.
