To "pay it forward" by fostering inspiration, leadership, professional and personal development, the FIRSTÔôç Core Values, and Gracious ProfessionalismÔôç among FIRSTÔôç students and Alumni of all backgrounds through education, mentorship, and volunteerism.

Membership Benefits
We connect members of FAR@CWRU to mentorship opportunities with local Cleveland area teams and volunteer opportunities at official and unofficial competitions in the Cleveland area, allowing our members to support STEM in Cleveland and beyond! Through our organization, our members can serve robotics teams composed of underprivileged and underrepresented high school students, pass on their TEM and business knowledge, connect with other like-minded STEM supporters, and continue to grow as leaders. FAR@CWRU also engages in other projects like constructing a wood practice field each season for local Cleveland teams to use.
