At CWRU the following councils govern the community:

Interfraternity Congress (IFC) governs our fraternities

Panhellenic Council (PHC) governs our sororities

National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) governed under partnership between Cleveland Universities. NPHC fraternities and sororities are associate members of IFC or PHC and operate at the Cleveland city-wide level.
