The Autism-Mycobiome Connection

Mahmoud Ghannoum, PhD.,
Professor and Director of the Center for Medical Mycology at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.

Dr. Mahmoud Ghannoum's recent research data shows that kids with autism have a microbiome imbalance that is not present in those who do not have autism. Correcting and balancing the microbiome in the gut has the potential to improve stress levels and well being.
