The International Club aims to not only help international students adjust to college life in America, but also spread awareness of a plethora of other cultures. We are a space for people of different backgrounds to interact with one another and share experiences together. In our Mentor-Mentee Program that is available to both international and domestic students, upperclassman are paired with an incoming freshman student. The upperclassman mentor will help the underclassmen mentee adapt to college life. Conversely, the program can also match students who are planning to study abroad with a student who is from that country. Regarding academic benefits, mentors are a resource for mentees as they can help choose classes, find research opportunities, preparing for the career fair, and answer any other questions that the mentee may have.
