International Education Week is a national celebration of the benefits of international education and global exchange.
During this special week, the Center for International Affairs highlights international activities at Case Western Reserve University and the significant impact of these initiatives. We hope the celebration will encourage members of our campus community to take advantage of opportunities to develop cultural understanding and expand their worldview.

Thinking about studying abroad but not sure a whole semester or summer is right for you? Eager to spend time abroad learning about one subject intensely with your CWRU peers and faculty? Faculty-led/Short-Term study abroad programs are tied to fall, spring or summer CWRU registration and travel abroad during designated break times (winter break, spring break, May, June or July). Courses are offered all over the world and from every school and college at CWRU. Hear what your options are for this year and next at our short-term study abroad info session and start your journey today!

Get your quick study abroad questions answered at one of our Tink drop-in advising sessions offered on the third Thursday of every month from 11 am - 1 pm on the first floor Tinkham Veale University Center!
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Start your CWRU study abroad journey by getting your passport photo taken and printed for FREE at our passport drive!
We'll have passport applications available and study abroad advisors on hand to answer quick questions.
Now is a great time to start planning as passport processing is expected to take 8-11 weeks instead of 6!
And those who attend will have a chance to win some great study abroad gear including a Fjallraven Kanken backpack, passport holder and travel journal!
We'll be in Tomlinson Hall, Room 135 from 10 am - Noon and from 1 - 3 pm.

Celebrate the start of International Education Week with the Center for International Affairs by stopping by the Binary Walkway for free coffee, tea and apples! We'll be there at 9 am and will stay until noon or as long as supplies last!
If it's raining, we'll be in the Tomlinson Hall Lobby!
