Pet Registration Forms: for residents bringing small pets, which require pre-approval.
Room Change Requests: any resident looking to move to a new room or building should submit this form. Please note that changes are not guaranteed when submitting a form. Changes are approved case-by-case and are dependent on room availability on-campus.
Roommate Agreement: all residents should complete this form with their current roommate. If you do not have a roommate at this time, you do not need to complete a form. If you receive a new roommate or move to another room in Juniper, you must submit a new agreement with the new person.
