Dr. Adrianne Fletcher, Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, Assistant Professor, Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Dr. Fletcher's research focuses on the influence of implicit attitudes on decision-making within the child welfare system and the phenomenon of disproportionality. She has extensive experience in child welfare, foster care psychotherapy, Indian Child Welfare, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and supporting Veterans who have experienced homelessness.
David L. Hussey, Associate Professor, Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Dr. Hussey serves as associate director of research at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education. He is the co-chair of the school’s curriculum committee, and chair of the Mental Health path of study. His research focuses on mental health, substance use, and trauma and violence, informed by more than 45 years of clinical experience.
Elizabeth Bach has been a lecturer for 15 years at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Bach's professional focus has been working with survivors of trauma, sexual assault, women in transition, couples, and families who are divorcing. She teaches in multiple formats and continues her clinical practice work.
Jessica A. Wojtalik, Assistant Professor, Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Her research focuses on advancing evidence-based, strengths-focused and recovery-oriented interventions to support community functioning for individuals living with schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses.
