About
The Mindfulness Matters Project aims to create more opportunities for CWRU faculty, staff, and students to integrate mindfulness into their lives. The project started with Mindfulness Matters Week, October 26-30, 2020. Then in January 2021 we trained faculty in how to use mindfulness in the classroom and studied how brief mindfulness interventions may impact the classroom experience and learning. The project continues into Fall of 2021 with facilitated discussions for faculty about integrating mindfulness into the classroom. Mindfulness Matters is the collaborative effort of an interprofessional team of faculty.
