Needle-Felting Club

Members Benefits

Our group offers it members access to our communication channel (discord or groupme), selection of wool, needles, wool felting mats, finger protection, snacks and drinks, coaching, tips and tricks, comic guide on the do's and don't's of felting. We give our members the resources and advice to safely work towards making their creative crafts. For events, we are planning to have collabs with other clubs and give those at the event and the other club members the same benefits seen above but in those sessions, we will set up guides to make simple creations that are relevant to the theme of that club. For example, if we happened to collab with Tsunagari Japan, we would do our best to arrange a japan themed environment and create a simple, easy to understand guide on how to make cherry blossoms and/or other flowers mainly found in japan for them to peruse. Then they can try out needle felting these items with optional help from the more experience members of Needle-Felting Club. We also plan to run a youtube and/or instagram account where members can (if they so please) show off both timelapses, multiple photos of their works, etc... In addition, we also acknowledge that needle-felting and its ability to make neat things could be used as a method to create small products for important fundraisers, especially how the products can be turned into keychains and marketable plushies.
