Case Western Reserve University and members of CWRU Novel Notions seek to create a comforting environment for all kinds of literature lovers through informative and thought-provoking dialogue surrounding a common reading for the month. This club aims to bring those with similar passions for reading into cohesive and thoughtful discussions while sharing that same passion for literature through community outreach and increasing the accessibility of books in underserved areas of Cleveland.

CWRU Novel Notions seeks to excite reading as a hobby in members as well as the surrounding communities. Action towards issues of illiteracy in surrounding underprivileged communities, such as public education and correctional institutions, is of high importance. Through fundraising and community organization, Novel Notions at Case Western Reserve University seeks to tackle these problems and provide literary resources to those in need.

Membership Benefits
CWRU Novel Notions has a simple goal: to increase the love of reading in us and those around us. By building a tight-knit community of readers through fun and exciting discussion, members can expect to discover new forms or genres of literature, destress through a shared hobby, and build long-lasting relationships with peers.
