Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs as we continue the Faculty Focus series, which highlights diverse faculty members in the CWRU community! We hope to not only learn more about their research, but also how their identities shape the work that they do. OMA is committed to giving faculty of color the opportunity to share their work with the campus community in a personal way.

Our first feature for the year is Dr. Cassi Pittman Claytor, the Climo Junior Professor from the Department of Sociology. Dr. Pittman Claytor will be talking about her original research and her upcoming book, Black Privilege: Modern Middle-Class Blacks with Credentials and Cash to Spend.

We are looking forward to you joining us as we learn about Dr. Pittman Claytor's journey to CWRU and beyond!
