Details
An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered outdoors and virtually.
This class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance for the entire body. This class is open to all levels. Modifications will be provided.
If you have weights, bands, or household items you can use for resistance, have them handy! Examples of household items are a towel, jug of milk, laundry detergent or kitty litter, bottle of wine (unopened :) ), back pack with books, etc. Be creative!
The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes before class begins.
