An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered virtually.

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training, all synced to music. All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided.

The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes before class begins.
