An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered outdoors and virtually.
Kettlebell exercises are dynamic and work on fitness; endurance, strength, power, agility and cardio. It is a challenging class, but all levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided. Kettlebells will be provided (first-come, first-served). You are encouraged to bring your own kettlebells, weights or household item. Please also bring your own yoga mat or towel.
For those taking this class outdoors, please dress appropriately, wear sunscreen, and bring a towel and water. The in-person class will be held by the wind turbine, just outside of the facility. The Lot 53 parking garage will serve as a rain location.
To accommodate social distancing guidelines, the in-person class has a limited capacity of 10 people; please register in advance.
