An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered virtually.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise followed by intervals a short, sometimes active, recovery period. All levels are welcome and modifications will be shown, but please note that this is a high intensity class. Experience with a muscle conditioning or lower intensity class is recommended.
Recommended Equipment: Weights or household items which can be used as weights. Flour, laundry detergent, cans of soup, backpack filled with items, etc.
The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes before class begins.
