An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered virtually.
Power Flow is a more vigorous style of yoga with flowing patterns of motion and energy. It is recommended that you have experience with a vinyasa flow class, but all levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat or towel and yoga block (or substitute a pillow, water bottle, blanket, etc.).
The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes before class begins.
