An active membership at One to One Fitness is required to attend this class. It will be offered outdoors and virtually.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise followed by intervals a short, sometimes active, recovery period. All levels are welcome and modifications will be shown, but please note that this is a high intensity class. Experience with a muscle conditioning or lower intensity class is recommended. A yoga mat or towel is strongly recommended.
For those taking this class outdoors, please dress appropriately, wear sunscreen, and bring a towel and water. The in-person class will be held by the wind turbine, just outside of the facility. The Lot 53 parking garage will serve as a rain location.
To accommodate social distancing guidelines, the in-person class has a limited capacity of 10 people; please register in advance.
