Jon, SkillBuilder.io's CTO, is a serial hashtag#entrepreneur and hashtag#technology executive with over 20 years of practical experience starting, investing in, and growing hashtag#software companies to exit, integrating acquisitions, leading turnaround efforts, running business units, and delivering significant operations improvements and cost savings in both large and small companies. Prior to SkillBuilder, Jon was the Chief Product Officer at RealPage a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry. RealPage serves nearly 12,500 clients worldwide, has an annual revenue of ~$1B, and employs over 6,000 people. RealPage was taken private by Thoma Bravo in 2021 for over $10B.

Adam is a serial hashtag#entrepreneur and a Professor of Entrepreneurship and AI at the graduate level of Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to his role as CEO of SkillBuilder.io, Adam was the Chief Product Officer at the Boston Consulting Group and a Senior Vice President at The Nielsen Company via three acquisitions. Outside of his work on campus and with SkillBuilder.io, Adam spends his time as the hashtag#founder and hands-on hashtag#builder of maad labs, a do tank, not a think tank, that performs hashtag#digitalexperiments with AI that primarily serve nonprofits and the social impact sector.
