They say that drinking 64oz a day can help you stay properly hydrated. Proper hydration can help with:
- Maintaining a normal temperature
- Lubrication and cushioning of joints.
- Protection your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
- and more!
This week your challenge is to try and drink 64 oz of water a day and see how you feel with after your increased water intake. Remember to complete your Week 1 Log by midnight on Sunday, March 9th.
