Join acclaimed poet and visual and performance artist Julie Ezelle Patton for a reading of and conversation about her work moderated by Dr. Adam Banks, followed by the presentation of the Alice Dunbar-Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award from the Great Lakes African American Writers Conference.

The co-host for the event is the Great Lakes African American Writers Conference (GLAAWC) and the event co-sponsor is the Baker Nord Center for the Humanities.
