Join the School of Graduate Studies Professional Development Center for a workshop on creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP). An IDP is a process which helps graduate students clarify career goals, assess strengths and skills, and set actionable short-term and long-term goals. In this workshop, students will
learn how to use an IDP as a roadmap and communication tool with advisors, and intentionally plan their path through graduate school and beyond. This is part one of a two part workshop.
