Upcoming Events
6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Join the SBA for a night at the ballpark as part of Commencement Week celebrations! Come cheer on the Cleveland Guardians as they take on the Los Angeles Angels at 6:30 PM on Monday, May 11. It’s the perfect way to unwind, celebrate with classmates, and kick off an unforgettable week.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Take a break and enjoy a sweet treat with your classmates following the university-wide convocation.
Join us for a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream social, featuring a selection of four flavors along with hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, and a full toppings bar. This casual gathering is a chance to relax, celebrate, and spend time together as commencement approaches.
Stop by, build your perfect dessert, and enjoy one of your final opportunities to connect with classmates before graduation weekend begins.
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Barrister’s Ball is a formal celebration for graduating students, held during Commencement Week to mark the end of our academic journey and the beginning of what comes next.
Whether law school felt long, challenging, transformative, or all of the above, this evening is about celebrating the perseverance, friendships, and growth that carried us to this moment. Graduating students may bring one guest to join in the celebration.
Come together for an elegant and festive night at the Ritz-Carlton—one last opportunity to celebrate as students before stepping into our professional lives.
Formal attire encouraged (suits, cocktail dresses, and evening wear).
