Preserving Your Research Process

With the rate of change in the digital world, it is important to make your research archive as resilient as possible. This workshop will cover how to plan for the preservation of your research's digital artifacts and make sure that you can access your current work in the future.

Digital items are fragile, and many research projects have been lost to time because of file obsolescence and bit loss. While published work is often preserved by libraries and repositories, this workshop will help you step beyond that and think through what you can do to make sure that all aspects of your hard work remain accessible far into the future.
