Feeling anxious about your research writing? This workshop will provide you with strategies that will make argumentative research assignments less daunting. We will discuss how to go beyond locating and summarizing scholarly sources and will learn how to build on existing research to craft original arguments, a higher-level skill that demands the development of new thinking and writing practices. This workshop is open to all undergraduate students but is recommended especially for those currently taking CI (Communication-Intensive) courses.
