Immigrants, regardless of status, are entitled to certain constitutional protections; yet access to services like healthcare, education, and driver’s licenses often depends on legal status and location. From sanctuary cities to 287(g) agreements, enforcement and support vary widely. This timely and important session will explore how immigration policy impacts individuals and communities in Ohio.
