Flyer for SKY Meditation and Breathwork Course!

Students will learn breathwork & meditation techniques from a SKY Campus Happiness instructor from the Cleveland area. The course will be held over the course of three days at the following times:
Friday, April 4th from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm (Tink Senior Classroom)
Saturday, April 5th from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (STJ Multipurpose Room)
Sunday, April 6th from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (Tink Senior Classroom)
Attendance is mandatory for all three days.

Food Provided (Light snacks provided.)
