Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Cleveland Museum of Art, Hope Rising brings together a distinguished gathering of clinicians, researchers, institutional leaders, philanthropic supporters, patients, caregivers, and community members — all united by one powerful mission: to accelerate cancer discovery and improve outcomes for every individual and family touched by cancer.

Funds raised through Hope Rising directly support the groundbreaking work of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, one of only 57 NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers in the nation. Since its founding in 1987, Case CCC has stood at the forefront of cancer research, earning decades of continuous NCI funding and recognition among the nation's leading cancer research institutions.

The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center is anchored at Case Western Reserve University and unified with its distinguished consortium partners — University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth Medical Center, and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center — serving the cancer research and clinical needs of more than 4 million people across 15 counties in Northeast Ohio. With a membership of over 400 cancer investigators, the Center drives high-impact discoveries in prevention, early detection, therapeutic development, and survivorship.
