You’ve got a brilliant business idea. How do you figure out your Value Proposition? In this session, we work through a validation process specifically designed for entrepreneurs, to test the assumptions made around their product. Going through some of the major questions – who is your customer? What is their problem? Does your solution solve the problem in a unique way? – we develop specific, tangible next steps for your business.

This session will be talking about the importance of validating the different assumptions you’re making about your business. Every business owner makes a lot of assumptions (who their customer is, what their customer’s problems are, that their product actually solves that problem, etc.). This will go through some of those critical assumption and how we can work those in to a working value proposition.
