How can you set your startup up for success? From splitting the initial equity among your founders to incorporating your organization, there’s a lot to consider while forming a startup. In this workshop, we’ll be covering the nuts and bolts of company formation, giving aspiring entrepreneurs the tips needed for setting up a business entity.

This workshop will be taught by Starlyn Priest, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Veale Institute.
