Fallon is currently the owner of M-A Building and Maintenance Company, a commercial construction company based in Cleveland, OH that focuses on exterior envelope restoration. He spent 20 years in the mining industry with US Silica and Fairmount Minerals, with early responsibilities including sales, sales management, and general management. In 2003, he transitioned to entrepreneurial acquisition. Fallon is an alum of CWRU, where he graduated from the Weatherhead School of Management in 2000.

Early career in Metal Casting with training as a machinist for General Electric and five years in various foundries. This included general labor, quality control and floor supervision.
Twenty years in the mining industry with US Silica and Fairmount Minerals. Early responsibilities included sales, sales management and general management including Chief Operating Officer.
Member of the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management Class of 2000.
Transitioned to entrepreneurial acquisitions in 2003 with a first acquisition in mid-2005 of Flame Control Coatings, LLC in Niagara Falls, NY. Flame Control was a “Pass the Hat” opportunity.
Currently the owner of M-A Building and Maintenance Company. M-A is a commercial construction company based in Cleveland, OH. Based in Cleveland, OH. The company focuses on exterior envelope restoration.
