Though a native Clevelander, Hallie Bram spent 10 years living and working in Boston, MA. While living on the east coast she realized her passion for Cleveland and made it her mission to return and be a part of its revitalization efforts. She has worked on global, domestic, and local marketing campaigns for clients such as Napster, Cadillac, Stop Handgun Violence, Progressive Insurance, Cleveland Clinic, and KeyBank.

In 2013, Hallie and Eric Kogelschatz founded shark&minnow, a strategy and design consultancy that makes the complex simple. Core offerings include research and insights, strategic planning, design and marketing communications. The firm’s past and current customers include B2B and B2C clients in sectors from the arts to education and insurance to transportation. Clients are headquartered across the United States from New York and Washington, D.C. to Chicago and Nashville to San Francisco and Oakland.

Hallie attended Emerson College where she earned her BA in Marketing Communication (with an emphasis in Film) and double minor in Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations and Fiction Writing.

Hallie and her husband, Eric Kogelschatz, are the proud parents of the Max Woodward Kogelschatz and Noa Vivien Kogelschatz. The quartet lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio – but find themselves exploring everything that the Midwest and world have to offer.
