Thwing Tuesday: Sustainability Edition

Join us on Tuesday, October 28th at 5:30 PM in the Thwing Ballroom for an evening focused on sustainability and community impact with plenty of delicious goodies! We’re teaming up with Garden@Case, Kids Against Hunger Cleveland, Engineers Without Borders/Humanitarian Design Corps, and the Sustainability and Health Student Association to discover easy and creative ways to be eco-friendly!

We are bringing food from Cleveland Vegan, Hofbrauhaus Cleveland, La Esquina Dominicana, and On The Rise! Our menu for the day includes: a choice of buffalo cauliflower dip, spinach & artichoke dip, or bruschetta, a chicken schnitzel slider, a choice of stewed chicken w/ rice or roasted veggies w/ rice, and assorted croissants. Stay tuned for a sweet treat if you got extra space in your Tupperware!

Registration opens Sunday, October 26th at 9:05 PM on CG. Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early! Or join us for walk-ins after 7:15.

Make sure you Tupperware(s) can fit ALL of your food! If you use any of our one-time use plates, you will NOT be given our incentive for the night!
