Join UH&CS for our final Mindful Activity Hour (MAH) of the year on April 23rd in TVUC Senior Classroom B. The focus for this event is less of an activity and more of an experience with therapy dogs. Of course, we will have our usual crafts, many from MAH over the last year, and our usual mindful crafts.

Take a break from your studies and finals prep and enjoy the company of a few cute four-legged friends and mindful crafts for an afternoon. Bring a friend or two; registration is not required, and walk-ins are welcome!

Volunteers will assist at various learning stations during this morning shift. No experience needed—training will be provided!

Be part of the action during the CWRU for Special Olympics Sports Day by signing up as a Phase 2 Volunteer! Taking place at Veale Recreation Center, Phase 2 will run from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM (arrive by 10:20 AM) and includes 3 volunteer hours. Volunteers will help run the second half of the four rotating activity stations featuring football, soccer, basketball, and free play. Your energy and support will help make an incredible experience for over 200 Special Olympics athletes!
