You will find detailed instructions on reporting requirements here.

Features

Basic Needs Questionnaire

All students are invited to complete the Basic Needs Questionnaire. Your responses will help us quantify the basic needs concerns on our campus and advocate for appropriate change. Participation will help us learn more about basic needs.

The survey gathers essential information that will inform and guide the Basic Needs Task Force and the campus administration regarding student experiences and improving our student services. All responses are anonymous and you can enter into a raffle drawing.

You can find comprehensive basic needs resources here. If you would like support navigating these resources, please contact the Dean of Students Office at deanofstudents@case.edu or submit an Online CARE Report here. If you have any other questions, concerns, or complaints about the study, you may contact the Chair of the Basic Needs Task Force, Allison Gillis, at 216.368.1527 or axg1347@case.edu.
