Duo Security Coming to Box

On Oct. 31, Duo Security will be added to the University’s Box service (cwru.box.com). Users enrolled in Duo will experience a similar process logging in to Box as they do for PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM). Read more about this change at The Daily.

For assistance with Box, Duo Security or any other technology product or service at Case Western Reserve University, contact the [U]Tech Service Desk at help@case.edu or 216.368.HELP (4357) or visit help.case.edu.

Digital Accessibility Tip

Accommodation vs. Accessibility
What is the difference between Accommodation and Accessibility? In a nutshell, Accommodation is specific to an individual and is a reaction to the need for that individual, while Accessibility provides options to everybody and is a proactive approach. A student with a documented disability has to register with Disability Resources to receive accommodations based on their specific abilities and restrictions. The types of accommodations can vary depending on the needs of the individual student, and solutions can be simple or more involved.

For additional information or support, please contact Francine Diaz, Digital Accessibility Coordinator.
