Hello, and welcome to the South Asian Law Students Association!

We hope you enjoyed fun South Asian treats at the Student Activities Fair today, but don't worry if you missed us. Stop by our first General Body Meeting on Monday, September 11th at 12:00pm in the Moot Court room (A59). We will be introducing our E-Board and explaining a little bit South Asia. Snacks will be provided, so come and say hello!

We also want to share a great networking opportunity. CDO sent the following message and attached flyer:

"The Norman S. Minor Bar Association (NSMBA) is hosting its 8th annual Law Student Summit for Success this Saturday, September 9, at Tucker Ellis, at 9am-12pm. The event is free and includes panel discussions on navigating law school and preparing for a legal career, followed by a networking brunch sponsored by Tucker Ellis. According to the NSMBA website, "This event will consist of thee informative sessions aimed at helping Black and minority law students navigate the muddy waters of law school and the legal profession." The event is open to all class years. Students can register online at www.nsmba.org (registration link on this page)."
