This Sunday, Brew CWRU will be hosting another tasting event featuring espresso and milk drinks. We will be brewing Cleveland's very own: duck-rabbit coffee based in Ohio City! With its name inspired by the famous duck-rabbit illusion, duck-rabbit coffee boasts a philosophy that coffee shall be enjoyed with both the ability to appraise the brewed coffee as delicious and the understanding of what particular characteristics of individual coffees contribute to their uniqueness - just as one would not be able to see the full scope of the illusion were one unfamiliar with either a duck or a rabbit. To reflect their emphasis on the quality of the coffee they source, we will be brewing the coffee both as espresso and espresso-milk drinks (cappuccino, cortados, etc.). As always, coffee is free with registration.
