Nominate someone (or yourself) for the Dr. Dorothy Pijan Student Leadership Awards:

The Dr. Dorothy Pijan Student Leadership Awards celebrate the dedication, impact and leadership of students, organizations, programs, and advisors at Case Western Reserve University. Established in 1986 by Dorothy Pijan, the university’s former director of Thwing Center and Student Activities, these awards honor those who go above and beyond to enhance campus life. Pijan, a nationally respected leader in student affairs, was known for her passion and commitment to student leadership. After her passing in 2003, the awards were renamed in her honor, ensuring her legacy continues. :

Lunch and Conversation for the CWRU Greek Life Community. This month, Robert Solomon, Esq., Vice President of the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Engagement, will join us to discuss the changing landscape around diversity, equity, and inclusion on our campus and beyond.

All members of the Greek Community are invited. Lunch (tacos) will be provided. Please register by 8 AM on Wednesday, February 26. This allows adequate time to order enough food for all attendees.

Survivor Link Intimate Partner Violence Workshop

This workshop will be facilitated by MSW students with the Survivor Link organization at the CWRU Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. Attendees will be educated on domestic and intimate partner violence, and will learn specific advocacy and safety planning skills for themselves and affected individuals. Food and beverages will be provided.
