Thanks for attending Nritya's first meeting. Below is a summary of things we went over and important links!

First, everyone should now have access to our shared Google Drive. Please let me know if you do not have access. We usually put practice videos, photos, music, and other related items in that space.

You also should have access to the Google Calendar, where we will put our practice schedule. I know we use a lot of platforms, but we're trying to be as organized as possible this year. If you'd like me to resend the Calendar invite, or can't find it, please let me know.

Furthermore, everyone should have access to the WhatsApp community. If you do not, here is the link. Please join the General chat and the chat for your dance style. Exec will also post important information on the announcements page, so watch for those. This is our first year using a WhatsApp community, so please bear with us as we work out the kinks.

Please fill these out as soon as you can. As a reminder, you must perform twice a semester. Srila and the Kuchipudi dancers plan on performing at the fall harvest festival, so if anyone else wants a fun day at the university farm, please join them!! All styles are welcome to perform at any event. We will work to choreograph pieces so that everyone can participate. 

Lastly, please keep the October 12th and 13th weekend open for our fall photoshoot. The date is TBD, but it will be one of those days. This year's theme is "fall colors," including reds, yellows, oranges, dark pinks, and dark greens. If you do not have any Indian formal wear in these colors and can not get anything shipped before the dates, please let an exec member know. I know I may be able to provide some outfits in the color scheme if needed, and other team members may also be able to help out. If you are unsure if your outfit will fit the theme, please send us a photo, and we can let you know! Our photoshoot is usually a fun event, so please don't stress out about it! I have attached pictures of previous photoshoots below so you can see what people wore.
