There's an App For That

Moodfit

Moodfit is a free app that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, mindfulness and helps you to set wellness goals that are personal to you. There are logs to keep track of your mood, to practice gratitude, sleep, and nutrition as well. Under the Tools tab at the bottom, you can find guided meditations, a CBT thought record, and breathing exercises. A really cool feature this app has is the ability to create a graph to help visualize how your mood has been trending. There is even the option to share the chart via email, which could be a helpful thing to share with a therapist you are working with.
