Mindful Activity Hour: Mini Zen Gardens

Join UH&CS for the first Mindful Activity hour of the year on Wednesday, November 13th from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The featured craft will be mini zen gardens. There will also be the usual mindful activates: play-doh, puzzles, coloring and perler beads. Bring a friend, or a few, and enjoy an afternoon of relaxation and fun. Walk in and stay for the whole time or just a minute. Registration for this event is not required. Please note that registering does not guarantee you a mini zen garden kit, supplies are first come first served.
