Legacy Lab Foundation Scholarship Program

Background:

The Legacy Lab Foundation is a non-profit created to support leaders, including students, looking to make enduring change. For the seventh iteration of the scholarship program, we are championing the work of Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color (BIPOC) student leaders with a $15,000 award. Scholarship funds will be granted to a student who is making a long-term positive contribution to culture and society through their studies, activism, philanthropy, and/or entrepreneurial pursuits.

Weatherhead Graduate Academic Calendar

Weatherhead Graduate Programs follow the Weatherhead Graduate Academic calendar.

October 20-21 Fall Break, no classes
November 7 Last day to DROP a course with a "W" grade. Last day for audit changes.
November 7 Deadline for removal of preceding Spring/Summer I/Incomplete grades
November 26-28 Thanksgiving Break, no classes
December 1 Last day to request a change in grading basis from Letter Grade to Pass/No Pass (P/NP)
December 8 Last day of classes
December 9-15 Final Exams (specific dates determined by program)
December 17 Final Grades Due by 11 am
January 16, 2026 Fall Degree Conferral

Weatherhead Graduate Program Registration Dates

  • November 4, 2025 – Expected Graduation Terms Spring 2026 through Summer 2026

  • November 5, 2025 – Expected Graduation Terms Fall 2026 or later

Case Glee Club - The Case Glee Club is a gender-inclusive tenor bass choral ensemble.

Klover - Klover is CWRU’s premier K-pop dance club!

Nritya - Nritya is CWRU's premier classical Indian dance team featuring Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, and Odissi dancers.

Spartan Bhangra - A competitive Indian folk dance team.

Solstice A Cappella - Case Western Reserve University's only historically all treble a cappella group.

Spartan Tappers - Spartan Tappers is CWRU's only tap dance group on campus.

Undivided - Case Western’s premier hip-hop dance crew.



The evening features the world premiere of River on Fire by composer Corey Rubin, with text by CWRU professor and former Ohio Poet Laureate Dave Lucas.

Inspired by the infamous 1969 Cuyahoga River fire, the work explores themes of industrialization, environmental crisis, and spirituality.

Show off your talent at the Weatherheadless Talent Show!

Do you sing, dance, play an instrument, or have a unique skill to share? We’re looking for performers to take the stage at this year’s new and improved Weatherheadless Talent Show.

There are 15 talent slots available and they will be granted on a first come, first served basis. 

The sooner you fill out the form, the better! Don't miss this chance to be part of the centerpiece event of Weatherhead Harvest Week!

Selected individuals/groups will be "coached" in the weeks leading up to the event to ensure preparedness and participation.
