In this issue:
 Ellyn Lykins has joined the Mandel School Office of Admissions as the new Admissions and Recruitment Specialist. Ellyn joined the Admissions team on June 10th. Her background is as a K-12 language arts teacher, and she studied adult learning and development at Cleveland State University. She is excited to take a new direction professionally. When not on the road, you can find Ellyn in the Admissions Suite (Room 207 of the Mandel Building).
While it may not be the New Year's Eve that gets a party, the fiscal year-end is important! The University's fiscal year is 7/1 - 6/30, and this year the last business day is Friday, June 28th. A few highlights:
- Vendor invoices: submit as soon as possible. All fiscal year 2019 invoices should be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on June 28th.
- P-Card: All June transactions must be reconciled within JPMorgan PaymentNet by 9 p.m. on June 27th.
- Non-exempt staff and student time: time worked June 1st through June 15th must be entered and approved by 5 p.m. on June 18th.
- Non-exempt staff and student time: time worked June 16th through June 30th must be entered and approved by 5 p.m. on June 28th.
- Exempt staff time for the month of June must be entered and approved by 5 p.m. on June 28th.
- Travel and expense reimbursements must be submitted by 5 p.m. on June 26th.
Corrections for May activity (only) can be addressed in June. Please work with Tatiana Riedel (grant-related) or Rachel Blake (School/operating) to address any corrections.
For users of the Google Drive File Steam desktop app, Google has changed the name of "Team Drives" to "shared drives" (on the left-side menu).
It is a name change only, but this will require users to update or replace any dekstop shortcuts and other links to the content inside of Team Drives/shared drives.
