The Staff Working Group invites all Mandel School faculty and staff to have lunch together in one of our beautiful outdoor spaces (weather permitting) this summer. Bring your own lunch. A dessert or other item to share is always appreciated (but, not required!). Dates and places (starting at 12 noon):

If you use the University's mail order pharmacy system for maintenance medications, please read about the upcoming changes and attend a Town Hall meeting to ask questions.
- Starting June 1, 2019, you can register online with MedImpact Direct at either their website (www.medimpactdirect.com) or through its mobile app, "MedImpact Direct Pharmacy." Once you have registered, you and your health provider can begin to send new prescriptions for medications you will be taking as of July 1 or later. MedImpact Direct will begin to process those prescriptions on Monday, June 17, 2019.
- In June, MedImpact Direct will mail new insurance cards and other information. The University has also updated the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Mail Order Pharmacy Page to address concerns.

The University's Human Resources Department will release new staff policies with an effective date of June 3, 2019. At that time, all updated policies will be available on the Human Resources website. Town Halls for an overview of the changes are being planned. The Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity (OIDEO) wants to train faculty and staff to become facilitators for the Diversity 360 classes that all new faculty and staff are expected to attend. Training consists of 4 sessions in June (6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27), all from 12 - 1 p.m. in Clark Hall, Room 309. Refreshments are provided. RSVP at bit.ly/D360factrain.
