As we step into a brand-new semester, it’s the perfect time for a reset. Transitioning back to campus can feel exciting, but also a little overwhelming—between classes, activities, and reconnecting with friends, it’s easy to lose sight of balance.
This week’s theme, Back-to-Campus Reset, is all about creating simple routines that ground you: prioritizing sleep, using your planner to stay organized, and setting three daily non-negotiables that keep you steady. Think of it as your personal refresh button—a way to start strong and carry healthy habits forward into the semester.
