When you need IT support, the UTech Service Desk is here to assist you - via phone 216.368.HELP, email help@case.edu or online http://help.case.edu/ (always identify yourself as part of MSASS). The Service Desk is available 24x7, and, if needed, can get your request to the right area of UTech for further assistance -- that may be the small but mighty UTech team at the Mandel School, the Technology Enhanced Classroom team or another of UTech's many areas. Going through the Service Desk will also help us track issues in the ticketing system and provide visibility to multiple people at UTech.
Have an outstanding student employee that deserves recognition? Nominate him or her for the Student Employee of the Year! This program, overseen by the Office of Student Employment, allows a student to be recognized on campus and CWRU's winner will be entered as a candidate for the state, regional and national competitions with a chance to win cash prizes. Please contact Gloria Jenkins, Assistant Director of Student Employment, for the nomination form or with any questions. Nominations are due to the Office of Student Employment by February 18, 2019.
Please sign up to attend one of the upcoming Diversity 360 sessions if you have not yet taken it. All staff are strongly encouraged to attend. For more information or to sign up, click here. Open sessions (called "standalone" when scheduling) are held twice a month. Diversity 360 is a campus-wide diversity education program that discusses such topics as implicit bias, marginalization and microaggressions. The three-hour session is interactive and includes a number of exercises as well as peer to peer and group discussions.
