📌 Ivy Zelman is the CEO of Zelman & Associates, the leading housing equity research firm across the country. Her firm works with top institutional and private equity investors in addition to corporate executives from the homebuilding, building products, real estate, mortgage finance and rental sectors. She is known for calling both the top of the housing market in 2005 and the bottom of the market in 2012. Her accomplishments have led her to be recognized in Barron's Top 100 Women in U.S. Finance in 2020 and her induction in the Institutional Investors - America Research Team’s inaugural Hall of Fame in 2012.

📌 Lauren Rich Fine is a Partner with Beatrice Advisors, an investment firm that provides high-quality financial services to historically unadvised and under-advised individuals and families, designed around a vision to expand the demographics of wealth. Prior to her joining Beatrice Advisors, she was a senior client advisor at Gries Financial Partners and she spent nearly two decades at Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in equity research.

Our spring flagship event is finally here! Our exec will be teaching a fun dance routine that we'll learn while blindfolded. There will also be delicious food from Cilantro afterwards! The event will take place in Thwing Ballroom at 6pm on Friday April 11.

Make sure to register on CampusGroups! Payments using cash or Venmo will be taken at the door: $5 for one ticket or $7 for two, so be sure to bring a friend!

All funds will be donated to the Cleveland Sight Center.
