We gather as a community to honor and remember the ones we love and have lost in the last year. This is an opportunity in which we can stand together and support our friends, peers, students, staff, and faculty as we grieve.

If you would like to register for the event, you can do so by clicking this link.

Submit a Name

Please submit a name of someone who has recently passed that you would like to be remembered at the Light the Campus ceremony. Names can be anyone, it is not limited to CWRU students, faculty and staff. We hope that you can attend the event in-person to hear the name read.

Volunteer During the Event

We are also looking for student volunteers to assist with reading names during the ceremony, lighting the lights and passing out candles after. Volunteers would need to be present from 4:45pm-6:00pm. To volunteer, register here.
